I am looking o hire a PM with strong ERP experience, in the exciting world of medical marijuana!

The Project Manager will lead the Eastern Canada ERP Deployments within the client's
ERP Program scope.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Responsible for managing mid-sized ERP deployment projects in a fast-paced
environment
 Oversees the end-to-end daily activity management and delivery of projects
Eastern Region
 Responsible for the monitoring and reporting on assigned projects
 Responsible for engaging IT, vendor and business stakeholders
 Responsible for successful delivery of the assigned projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
 Minimum 10 years of project management experience
 Successful direct management of IT projects ranging from $250,000 to
$5,000,000
 Proven ability to deliver clear and concise project documentation
 Proven ability to communicate with all levels of management, both verbally and in
writing
 Proven ability to lead a project team, eliminate roadblocks, and manage risks
 Ability to demonstrate high level functional and/or technical understanding of the
scope of their projects
 Ability to forecast resource requirements effectively
 Ability to work virtually
 Ability to travel to Ontario, Quebec and other sites, as required
 Proven success implementing applications projects from start to finish
 Ability to pick up projects mid-stream and deliver the projects to successful
completion
 Experience with agile methodology
 PMI or PRINCE2 Certification is an asset


PREFERRED SKILLS:
 Cannabis, pharmaceutical or food and beverage industry knowledge
 Fluency in French would be an asset
 Previous experience working on ERP implementation projects strongly desired
 Microsoft CRM 365 or other CRM related experience
 Previous experience working with distributed teams
