Calling all Executive Assistants! Our client in the Consulting Industry is looking for an Executive Assistant on a 2-month assignment in their downtown Toronto location. The successful candidates will work full time hours, begin ASAP, and be paid a rate of $31.51 per hour!

The Executive Assistant would be providing accurate, efficient and timely issuance of policies and related documentation. Role will provide an opportunity to increase technical proficiency (with the ability to answer questions on transactional questions), peer-level coaching/mentoring, and process improvements projects. This individual will also support Client Facing Brokers in all aspects of administration and technical support.

Responsibilities:
• Event Planning, Marketing & Communications support
• Book travel, assist with Webinars and Webcast
• Tradeshow support
• Material transfers and tracking for tradeshows
• PowerPoint presentations
• Negotiate with clients to assist with travel

As well as additional related tasks.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in marketing, customer service, communications and event-planning is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office - including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Bi-lingual in English and French is a plus
