Do you enjoy planning? Do you enjoy organizing? Do you enjoy making sure your executive gets to where she or he needs to go with all resources they need? Are you an experienced Executive Assistant with over 10 years experience? Do you have strong international travel planning experience? Are you also a master plate spinner? This position is an EA +. Located downtown Toronto, you will support 1 to 2 executives for a well established investment management company with over $12 billion dollars of assets worldwide!

• base salary between $65,000 to $90,000 (commensurate to experience)

what you will do:

• calendar management
• travel and expenses
• edit documents and presentations
• office management
• work with vendors and landlord
• order supplies
• arrange meetings
• board support
• manage office expenses
• some investor relations expected (get to talk with great clients)

what you bring to the table:

• 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant
• experience working with C-Level executives
• keen attention to detail
• great people skills (get more bees with honey)
• able to work in a high demand environment with great people
