If so we have an excellent opportunity for you!

We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to support several partners in our Insurance Industry leading client's St John's office. If hired you will work full time hours on a 6 month assignment (beginning ASAP), be paid $21.43 per hour, and be responsible for supporting day-to-day activities for a group of partners, including the following:

• Calendar management – monitor and/or manage assigned partner(s) Google calendars. This includes responsibility for: arranging internal and external meetings, responding to changing priorities; the coordination of meeting logistics and the preparation of supporting material.
• E-mail – monitor e-mail on behalf of assigned partner(s). This includes reviewing email for meeting invitations and taking action on specific requests at the direction of the partner.
• Book travel using company approved travel provider.
• Prepare and submit expense reports using proprietary software.
• Work process management – review of upcoming deadlines and work requirements with the partner(s); manage the flow of work to the partner (such as: documents for review/signature).

As well as additional related tasks.

Qualifications
• Previous experience supporting Senior Level Management
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience
• Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft office - including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge and proficiency in Google (Mail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
