Calling all senior administrative professionals! We are looking for a dynamic, independent, and business-minded executive assistant to support a CEO and Managing Director in a small, family run real estate management company located in Downtown Toronto. Every day is different in this role, with responsibilities including booking travel arrangements and managing calendars, liaising with stakeholders on personal and business related matters, preparing briefings for meetings and appearances, proofreading, and organizing and streamlining operations around the office.

Qualified candidates will have 5-10 years of previous executive support experience, a business-savvy mindset with sound judgment, as well as high levels of confidentiality and professionalism. Successful candidates must have the willingness to work additional hours as needed.

Qualifications
The qualified candidate will have:

• A comparable combination of education and experience of 5-10 years administrative support at an executive level
• Ability to operate independently with initiative, discretion, and diplomacy – often communicating independently on behalf of the CEO
• Openness to periodically adjust work hours or overtime as needed, sometimes with short notice
• Expert level written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
