Do you thrive in non-traditional Executive Assistant roles? Do you enjoy supporting multiple senior professionals at a time; may it be a Partner or a Senior Manager?

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join one of the top Accounting firms in Toronto! In this role, you will be the Executive Assistant to multiple Partners and Senior Managers from different divisions of the firm (i.e. Audit, Tax, Risk, Advisory, etc.). In addition to administrative and clerical requests, the core responsibilities of this role would consist of heavy calendar management, travel arrangements, invoicing, billing, expenses, RFP preparation, and meeting preparation.

The ideal candidate is an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant who has the ability to adapt to diverse personalities, overcome challenges that are out of scope, and demonstrate strong time management skills in a team environment.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have:
• 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience or 5+ years of Senior Administrative Assistant experience
• 2 to 4 years’ experience supporting multiple senior Managers and Executives
• 3+ years calendar management experience
• 3+ years travel coordination experience (domestic and international)
• 2+ years’ experience with invoicing, billing, and expenses
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 2013 applications (assessment will be conducted)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (assessment will be conducted)
• Professionalism, tact, and diplomacy
• Ability to work in dynamic, changing, and team-oriented environments
• Proactive, go-getter, and ambitious attitude
• Tech savvy and ability to grasp new technology quickly
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check, education verification, and employment verification
