Are you an Executive Assistant with 2-3 years of experience in the role? Are you looking for a permanent position in North York? Does working in a government institution interest you? If so, this might be the position for you!

We are looking for a tech-savvy Executive Assistant to fill a permanent position with one of our clients that is an agency of the government. The position is located at Yonge and Sheppard in North York. The reason it is available is because the person currently in the role is retiring. Interviews will not start until the week of August 27th.

Responsibilities, in this role, include but are not limited to:

- Managing the calendar for the CEO
- Booking air travel and hotels as necessary
- Attend board meetings when required
- Occasional minute taking
- Assisting some other senior level executives with minor administrative tasks such as editing a presentation etc.
- Monitor and approve departmental and board expenses following the organizational guidelines
- Provide logistical support for advisory meetings
- Work closely with the corporate secretary
