We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a C suite executive and their team in the insurance industry.

As an Executive Assistant, you would be responsible for:
• managing complex calendars and resolving meeting conflicts
• travel coordination in a corporate setting
• supporting a C suite executive and their respective team
• liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• processing expenses and invoices
• preparing decks and meeting materials
• generating reports
• assisting with projects and ad hoc administrative tasks as requested

• work for a very reputable international insurance organization
• salary starting from $65,000+
• comprehensive health and dental benefits with vacation
• located in downtown Toronto

• 5+ years experience supporting C suite executives
• 10+ years experience supporting senior management
• 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant
• extensive calendar management experience
• strong written and verbal communication skills
• strong problem solving skills
• demonstrates a high level of professionalism, tact, and diplomacy
• proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• has worked in insurance and/or financial institutions
• experience working with Board of Directors is an asset
• strong organization and multi-tasking skills
• able to build rapport with others and work both in teams and independently
