Our client Downtown Toronto is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis during a transition period.

This lucky candidate will be apart of a unique company where they will be in a fast-paced, full on environment. The selected candidates' duties will include but will not be limited to:

• Coordinating the Executive Director's schedule, appointments, and travel
• Screening and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
• Organize meetings with committees, organizations, directors and any other parties involved in the meeting
• Preparing meeting documents and providing high-level meeting minutes when required
• Planning and organizing events
• Other executive assistant duties as assigned

• Over 10 years Executive Assistant Experience
• Must be able to work independently
• Proficient with MS Office
• Experience in the not for profit industry would be considered an asset
• Experience working in an association is an asset
