Our client is looking for an Executive Assitant to the CFO on a temporary basis to start with the strong potential of a permanent opportunity!

If so, WE have an AMAZING opportunity for all the Executive Assistants. We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join the team of one of the most prestigious foundations in Canada at their Downtown Toronto location. We are looking for someone on a 2-3 month contract to start with a strong potential of permanency for the right candidate. As an Executive Assistant, you will be closely working with the CFO and will be wearing different hats to provide consistent and efficient administrative support.

• Hours are 9:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with some overtime required

What YOU will be doing as an Executive Assistant:

• Providing high-level administrative support to the CFO
• Managing a very dynamic and constantly changing calendar of the executive
• Managing and Coordinating the complex domestic and foreign travel arrangements
• Answering inquiries over the phone and email, and sorting them according to the degree of importance and escalating them to the executive accordingly
• Planning, Organizing, and Coordinating the board meetings and setting up meeting rooms to ensure that it matches the standards
• Assisting in preparing agendas of various meetings and documenting the necessary information
• Liaising with internal and external vendors to ensure that the materials and facilities required for the meeting are in an operational order
• Managing the CFO budgets, and assisting in creating the expense reports
• Handling internal and external communication with a high level of discretion
• Supporting the IT and Finance team if required
• Liaising with different departments to provide administrative support whenever a need arises
• Providing Ad-hoc Project support

What YOU bring to the table:

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
• Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
• Excellent proficiency with MS Office
• Knowledge of financial concepts is an ASSET
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality while dealing with sensitive information
• Ability to work under a dynamic and a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to think critically and undertake important judgment

Education:

• University degree or college diploma in finance or office administration is PREFERRED
