Have experience working in the transport industry?Do you have ocean freight experience? Do you have 2 to 5 years of experience as a export documentation clerk? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment? We have a great opportunity as an Export documentation clerk for a famous transport company located in Montreal.

Position: Export documentation clerk
Type: Permanent
Hours: Flexible (9am-5pm)
Location: Downtown Montreal
Salary: Flexible depending on experience 40K-44K


General Tasks
- Offer consistently excellent customer service by effectively coordinating customer and
carrier requirements, answering all questions and freight forwarding needs by phone or
email, and resolving all customer, carrier and loading facility issues in a timely basis;
- Manage data for international shipments and provide support for many steps of the transportation process;
- Other related duties.

Qualifications
- Bilingual: French and English, spoken and written;
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with a freight forwarder, particularly in export;
- Completed college-level diploma in export procedures;
- In-depth knowledge of ocean export: Bookings and documentation
