Are you a dynamic and highly organized individual? We are looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to take on a 6 month contract with a major Not For Profit located in Toronto. We are looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to support the Facilities Manager with the management and coordination of over 40 locations across Canada.

Facilities Coordinator's Responsibilities:
• support with office revitalizations
• support with ongoing lease renewals and facilities reviews
• support with real estate transactions, cost analysis, lease administration, and liaising with contractors
• support with office moves/closures and renovations
• liaise with internal and external stakeholders when it comes to facilities and real estate issues
• assist with the centralization of office services
• coordinate with vendors in regards to printers, postage machines, office supplies, coffee/water dispensers, office furniture
• respond to all employee service requests
• monitor budgets and metrics for the facilities team
• prepare invoices for payment
• ensure company policies and procedures for purchasing, contracts, IT, accounting, and financial are compliant
• support with ad hoc requests for the facilities team
• periodic travel across Canada to support various locations

Perks:
• 6 month contract with a major not for profit with a pro-rated salary ranging from $40,000 - $45,000 annually

• Located close to Yonge and Eglinton subway station
• Potentially be extended or permanency
• Working Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Potential for over time
• Travel across Canada

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE SKILLS
• 3 - 5 years experience in real estate and facilities related roles
• Strong understanding of lease terms and conditions, as well as lease processes
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Thrives in team-oriented environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and Outlook
• Able to interpret construction drawings
• Willingness and ability to travel to different offices in Canada from day 1
• Must have a valid drivers license from day 1
