If yes, we have the perfect opportunity for you, this is a contract-to-hire position with one of the global technological leaders. This position will be based in Downtown Vancouver.

The Key Responsibilities will include;

• Responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance related to Plumbing System, Kitchen equipment, drain, roofs, and HVAC.
• perform all General labor duties such as Loading, Unloading and running errands to provide full support.
• Conduct patrols to identify concerns about property, health and safety and daily operations.
• Process purchase/supply orders, as requested or required
• Inventory and stock pantry. Wipe benches and tidy periodically throughout the day
• HVAC maintenance (filter replacement, hot/cold troubleshooting, escalation, etc.)
• Lighting maintenance (lamp replacement, escalation)
• Pantry equipment maintenance (coffee machines, m/w, toasters, icemakers, fridges, etc.)
• Pantry first aid cabinet inventory & restocking
• General facilities support (deliveries, conference rm clean-ups)
• Light furniture maintenance
• Performs housekeeping functions and maintains the professional appearances of the property,
equipment, engineering spaces, and common areas (If necessary/ As required) Assists maintenance staff, engineers, and company vendors as requested.
• Escort vendors as directed and review completed work
• Assist with audio conference and video conferencing as requested
• Daily facilities maintenance/cleaning inspections & escalation
• Be familiar with critical engineering infrastructure components and systems


• Excellent Pay $20- $23/hr

• The ability to work with a dynamic team and gain great experience


• 2-5 Years of Facilities experience
• Good working knowledge of understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpet, locking devices, door hardware, system furniture and office furniture repair.
• Knowledge of the tools, equipment, materials, and methods utilized in the building trades; and of the hazards and safety precautions of the building trades
• Great communication ( Written and Oral in English )
• Ability to liaise with vendors
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor
• Ability to provide information for a background check, employment, and education verification


• Maintenance experience
• Industry knowledge
