what you will be doing

• assist new company clients with every aspect of their business
• maintain quality by assisting with clients' operational, financial, and marketing needs
• advise on process improvement and ideas on how to drive business
• maintain long term, meaningful relationships with clients and customers alike
• actively participate in team brainstorming and sharing of ideas
• monitor performance and advise on changes that need to be implemented
• other administrative and office support duties as required

do you have the right qualifications?

• exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• exceptional analytical, cognitive, mathematical, and reading skills
• ability to become a subject matter expert and then educate on best practices
• 3-5 years of experience in a professional business environment
• experience with educational operations considered a strong asset
• intermediate-advanced knowledge of MS Office
• ability to self motivate and thrive within an autonomous environment
• vehicle access a must along with ability to travel across the GTA
