As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals
• Visiting customer locations daily
• Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
• Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
• Repair computer equipment, exchange a computer device, or install new computer equipment

• Gain experience for a globally recognized IT solutions firm
• Earn the competitive rate of $22.57 per hour
• Winnipeg Location
• 2-month contract-to-hire position
• Reimbursement for Business traveling miles and business use of personal cell phone
• Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

• Previous field experience repairing computer equipment is preferred
• Entry Level to 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Previous deployment or IMAC experience is an asset
• Nice to have: A+, Desktop or laptop warranty certification for Dell, Lenovo or Hewlett-Packard, or Printer repair skills
• Strong computer repair, customer, and interpersonal skills
• Enjoys a variety of work can deal with customers (sometimes difficult customers), adaptable and flexible to changing priorities, interested in learning new things.
• Must be able to do lifting, moving and installing computer equipment
• Travel may be required
