Are you a Site Superintendent looking for a challenging position with mechanical construction services on ICI projects?
Are you looking for an opportunity to lead multiple projects and a fast-growing company?
What will you be doing in this role?

This position will give the right candidate an opportunity to delivery plumbing, heating and HVAC system installation and repairs on ICI projects majority of those public buildings.

• 100% onsite presence
• Experience with equipment replacement (chillers, boilers and pumps)
• manage crews, sub-contractor, and vendor relationships
• work with project team to ensure timelines and budgets are met
• ensure H&S standards are met
• report on all site activity

What do you bring to the role?

• 5-8 years experience managing ICI project sites
• Must hold a Gas Technician G1 or G2 certification
• Must be a licensed plumber or pipe fitter (both is an asset)
• able to manage the priorities of 3-5 projects
• diplomatic with excellent relationship skills - able to drive a project forward

Compensation package

• Salary range $120-140,000 per year based on experience
• Discretionary Bonus up to 50% of base salary
• Benefits after probationary period
• Laptop, cellphone and gas covered by the company
