Are you looking to develop your administrative support experience? Interested in working in downtown Vancouver? If so, this role may be right for you! We are currently seeking a File Clerk for our client, a leading global professional services firm, in their Vancouver office.

Responsibilities include:
- Filing
- Creating spreadsheets to keep track of what has been filed
- Preparing charts/files
- Data entry
- Other clerical duties as needed

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of clerical experience
Proficient in MS Office (must be strong with Excel)
Able to exercises independent judgment and basic reasoning skills
Background check required
