Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Investor Relations, the individual is:
• responsible for generating, analyzing and refining financial information that will be disclosed in the external reporting of financial performance of the Bank through the annual and quarterly MD&A, associated press releases, reports to shareholders, as well as regulatory filings, in conjunction with Financial Performance Management and Corporate Communications.
• The individual will foster and maintain strong relationships with colleagues spanning all Groups and different functional areas, coordinating the various information requests and responses to ensure high quality reporting is produced efficiently and within timelines.
• The individual will also track workflow processes and perform auditing functions, while contributing to a tightly knit team that operates collaboratively and is results-oriented.

up to $33/hr
4 month contract, opportunity to extend well into 2019
Steps from Union
Paid overtime (evenings and weekends)

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Finance function in financial services
Completed or working towards an accounting designation e.g. CA, CGA, CMA
• Demonstrates solid communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Possess knowledge of design and analysis methodologies to work in an agile environment
• Exhibits critical thinking skills, analytical and integrative skills
• Word and Excel experience needed

• Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial
• Experience auditing

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance/Business/Commerce, data sciences, engineering, or mathematics
• Completed or working towards an accounting designation e.g. CA, CGA, CMA
