We are looking for talented, experienced, and driven candidates. If you have prior call centre experience and enjoy working in a customer service oriented position then apply now!

As a Financial Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound inquiries related to banking products and services (from loans, mortgages, line of credit, etc).
Other duties include:
• Researching and resolving inquiries in a timely manner
• Handling sensitive issues
• Providing detailed oral and written communication to both internal and external clients

Professional environment
6 month contract
Pay: $17/hr
Call centre hours between 8am - 12am Monday - Friday
1 Saturday/month (8am - 6pm)
Extensive training provided - 6 weeks & Full time
37.5 hours/week
Start date: June 4th, 2018

- Call centre/customer service experience is needed
- Previous financial or banking experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong computer skills, coupled with your research skills and attention to detail are necessary to succeed in this position
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with difficult situations and problem solving
- Financial experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast paced setting
