Hiring for a full time Receptionist for home building client in Nisku in permanent capacity.

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for any customer and responsible for coordinating the flow of incoming calls. A receptionist is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support in an effective and efficient manner.

- Provide professional and courteous reception services to all guests, greeting incoming visitors and responding to all telephone calls in a prompt and polite manner.

- Ensuring that calls are redirected to the appropriate staff member when necessary.

- Assist walk-in customers ,understanding their needs/concerns and notifying the appropriate staff member to address or resolve the issue in a timely manner.

- Send and receive all couriers and deliveries.

-Other duties as assigned.

What will make you the right candidate:

- Minimum 1-3 years of Receptionist / Administrative experience

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

-Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

-Proficient in Microsoft software including outlook, word, excel

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Organizational, technical, time management skills, flexibility and attention to detail are required

-Positive attitude, team player and excellent ability to work independently.

- Should have their own transportation.
