Our client, a Top 5 Bank, is looking for 8 Funding Officers for an 6 month contract in North York! If you are computer savvy, have data entry experience and are eager to gain banking experience, then this is a great opportunity for you!

Pay Rate: $17.00/ hour

Hours: Rotational Monday-Friday 7:30AM-12:00AM / Saturdays 7:30AM-8:00PM & Stat Holidays as needed – all need to do up until midnight, can switch shifts with other candidates, rotate shifts every week, candidates can request shifts, everyone needs to be available to do 4:00 pm to midnight and rotational Saturdays

As a Funding Officer your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Working in the auto finance department
- Funders will work on the deals that are sent in from the car dealerships
- Use multiple screens to verify information from the fax
- Input information into the system
- Book the deal

- Able to work a flexible work schedule, may include nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
- Able to work overtime during peak periods
- Excellent verbal & written business communications skills
- Must be proactive, detail oriented and have the ability to multi task
- 1 year Managing own workload to meet SLA’s on a project
- 1 year MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Internet Explorer)

Nice to have:
- Former banking experience
- 1 year data entry
- 1 year previous experience working within a financial institution
