Randstad is looking for candidates with strong verbal communication skills for a Fundraising position!

If you are motivated, passionate and comfortable working in wide range of non-profit sectors, then we are looking for YOU!

Job Duties:
- Outbound calls (call center setting)
- Fundraising
- Collect donations
- Provide great customer experience

Hours of operation:
Shifts vary between Monday-Friday 12:00PM to 9:00PM and Sunday 11:00AM to 5:00PM

Pay Rate:
$14 per hours (plus performance bonus)

- Liberty Village (Downtown Toronto)

- Outbound call center (Fundraising)

- When?
- The next training schedule is starting on:
• Tuesday July 10, 2018 – 12:30 pm to 9 pm

• Wednesday July 11, 2018 – 12:30 pm to 9 pm

- $14/hour, plus performance bonus (can earn up to an extra $5/phoning hour)
- Flexible Schedule - Pick the days you can work!
- This positions is ideal for students or freelancers due to the flexible scheduling. You pick your shifts.

- Customer service or Call center experience required (Outbound preferred)
- Flexible Scheduling - Must work a minimum of 3 shifts a week.
- Clear communication over the phone
- Exceptional listening skills
- Has basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
- Has good conversation skills
