We are currently recruiting for several Group Benefits Customer Service Representatives for our client, a leading Insurance Company, in their Kitchener office.

In this position, you will be responsible for handling client and advisor inquiries and requests related to Group Benefits products. We are seeking candidates with strong communication skills and customer service skills.

In this role you will be responsible for
• Providing high quality service to advisors and clients via telephone.
• Handle high volumes of telephone inquiries within established productivity goals
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues; guiding users on the Internet site
• Handling sensitive issues in order to ensure customer satisfaction
• Following up with customers when needed

- Work for a leading insurance and financial company
- Kitchener location
- Professional work environment
- 6 month contract
- Rotating shifts between 8am to 8pm
- $17/hour
- Full time hours - 37.5/hours week
- Monday to Friday
- Call Centre setting
- Paid Training will be provided
- Start Date: October 29th, 2018
