Are you an Event or Guest Services Managers. Are you an experienced hotel and resort professional that is ready to move into a high-end office environment? Are you comfortable with the idea of leading a team of Guest Services representatives at one of Canada's prestigious law firms? Do you have at least 2 years experience in a leadership position in a hotel? Do you love planning and hosting events? Then this role may be for you.

• $60,000-75,000 base salary (commensurate to experience)
• 3+ weeks of vacation

what you will do

• lead, manage, and grow the reception team, events team, and hospitality team (6 direct reports)
• develop and manage a budget for events and vendors
• manage service excellence standards
• plan and execute internal and external events
• work closely with firm leadership to develop competitive events to help them win the business
• develop strong relationships with external vendors to make sure things run smoothly
