Poste de Helpdesk - Service a la clientele

Le poste consiste en 50% apple de service a clientele

La machine a cafe est brisee
Les toilettes debordent
La pompe ne gaz plus
etc ...

Le tech a donc alors a logger le probleme et le rapporter pour dispatcher la bonne equipe

​Ensuite 35% du temps sera un support sur les caisses. ​Tout est automatiser maintenant. Caisse de pompe, caisse enregistreuse, etc ...

Ensuite 15% du temps du TI pur. Donc Ad, log de billet etc ...

Doit etre bilingue 100%

Perso de malade style intact ou bnc dans le sens ou c est qqun qui fait du service a la clientele dans un bureau a aire ouverte. Les gens l entendent servir les clients

Paye entre 16 et 21 de l heure. Il peut etre junior

Horaire de 7 a 4 ou 8 a 5
