Are you a self-starter candidate with strong knowledge of IT related discipline or experience? Are you an organized individual who always stays on top of your tasks. Do you have great interpersonal skills, and perform your work in a swift and professional manner?

If so we have an excellent opportunity for you! Our client is currently looking for a Help-desk Support to work in their Edmonton office. If hired you will work full time hours on a 5 weeks assignment, be paid $15.00 per hour, and the responsibilities including the following:

As a Help-desk Support with our client in Edmonton, you will:
o Receiving hardware, verifying delivered quantities
o Movement of IT assets from old office space to new office space
o Proper disposal of old hardware to be recycled
o Decommission of old office space
o Assist in providing hardware and software support for the firm’s computers

• Gain experience working for a globally recognized accounting firm (one of the big four)
• Work in Downtown Edmonton
• Work full time business hours on a 5 weeks assignment
• Earn $15 per hour

• College Diploma or Diploma in an IT related discipline
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office: Work, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Outlook
• Ability to build excellent interpersonal relationships and proven ability to work in a team effectively
