Our Calgary client has an immediate requirement for an Intermediate Helpdesk/Desktop support Analyst.

Required skills and experience:
2+ years’ experience
Excellent customer service skills are a must.
Able to work in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to work as part of a team.
Windows 10 & Office 2013/O365 so candidates must be familiar & comfortable with troubleshooting these items.
Comfort in a Citrix and Pulse environment is a huge asset.
Hardware is a mix of Dell, HP & Lenovo.
Familiarity with Service Now (ticketing system) is a bonus.
Quick learner.
