We are looking for an energetic recent HR graduate for a demanding entry level opportunity with a global investment management company. Qualified candidates will be the right hand to the greater HR Services team, assisting with onboarding, candidate and employee files and tracking, creating offer letters, scheduling interviews, and conducting exit interviews. This is a demanding, self-regulating role, so we are looking for a high energy, self-motivated candidate who is able to multi-task and take direction.

This role will be out of both the Downtown and North York offices, so successful candidates will need to be able to travel to both locations. The ideal candidate will have a Human Resources education as well as 2-3 years of previous administrative experience.

The role is three months to start, with the possibility of extension and potential permanency for the right candidate.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Post-secondary degree in HR
• 2-3 years of previous administrative experience
• Ability to work 3 days in North York and 2 days in Downtown Toronto each week
• Upbeat, motivated personality with a drive to succeed and grow
• Previous experience with Taleo and Workday is a strong asset but not mandatory
