Located in Burnaby, we are looking for a HR Assistant to join an incredible team. This position is within a union environment and will be a temp to perm placement

In this position you will be responsible for the following:

• Inputs information into internal HR system, creates employee records
• Maintain confidential files and record management
• Administer exit interviews, maintain grievances and participate in Health & safety committee meetings
• Prepare on-boarding materials
• Answer department calls and walk-ins
• Assist with expense claims and invoices

Qualifications
• Post-secondary diploma in HR
• 2+ years of Human Resource experience

•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to meet tight deadlines
•Strong analytical skills
