Do you have previous experience providing HR support in a large office setting? Are you looking for a new opportunity to develop your skills as a Human Resources professional? If so look no further, as we have a strong opportunity for you! We are currently looking for an HR Assistant to work a 5 month assignment in our clients Calgary office.

In this role you will work full time hours and earn a competitive pay rate of up to $24.80 per hour, and be responsible for the following:

• Providing support within the Human Resources function, this may include compiling employee statistics, basic administration of benefits, payroll, sickness schemes and records etc.
• May have delegated responsibility for some personnel administrative activities such as maintenance/reporting of the Human Resources database and other Information Technology systems.
• May offer basic advice to managers and employees only on issues involving policy and procedure questions.

• Work fulltime hours on a 5 month assignment
• Earn a competitive wage of up to $24.80 per hour
• Calgary AB location

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
• Excellent administrative capabilities, preferably with experience in a large corporate setting
• Strong computer and technical skills, including MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented and organized
