Are you looking to gain experience within the banking industry? Do you have previous administrative experience, MS Excel knowledge and Sharepoint experience? This could be the role for you!

We are currently looking for an HR Generalist to support our client in Toronto for a 12 month contract with potential for extension!

Pay: $22.07/hour
Hours: Monday- Friday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm

As an HR Generalist your main job duties include but are not limited to:

- Manage onboarding, offboarding and renewals
- Perform office duties such as bookkeeping, ordering office supplies, record management, sorting incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Create correspondence response
- File corporate documents
- Manage Sharepoint site
- Prepare invoices, reports, financial statements and memos
- Maintaining floor plan, creating access passes, calendar management, printer

Qualifications
TOP SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of administrative experience /experience dealing with Customers
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel – create pivot table, charts, conditional formatting, formula, etc.
- SharePoint experience
- Knowledge of Clarity
- Ability to multitask
- Be able to handle high pressure environments
- Highly analytical and able to triage requests

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
- Working knowledge of DevOps tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with expenses
- Contract Management
- Project Coordination experience

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required.
