Are you looking to gain experience within the banking industry? Do you have previous administrative support experience and are looking for a foot in the door to Human Resources? Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for Human Resource Coordinators for a 3 month contract in Downtown Toronto!

Pay: $18.00/hr
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30-5pm

Responsibilities of Human Resource Coordinators include (but not limited to):

-Using PeopleSoft, Excel, and word to mail merge
- Creating 22,000 offer letters
-Quality control and inputting data
- Printing letters and packaging them
- Revising letters and sending them out to branches, creating new letters
-Tracking all processes in Excel

Qualifications
- Creating Word documents and mail merge
-Intermediate Excel skills
- Previous administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous Document review experience
- Able to work Downtown Toronto
