Our client, a leader in the energy sector, is hiring a Human Resources Analyst for a 6 month contract with long term potential.

Responsibilities include:

Daily administration of benefit and savings policies and programs
Process benefit queries and audits by assigning and completing cases within the team through multiple case management tools
Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders contacting the benefits team
Audit, approve and complete employee life event changes, in compliance with Canadian and US benefit and savings plans
Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless delivery of benefit administration
Participate in benefit projects as required to reach team goals
Responsible for processing Canadian and US Benefits invoices and complex billing (such as VEBA)

Qualifications
Previous experience required (benefit administration)
Excellent Customer Service skills
Advanced MS Office skills
