Do you enjoy interacting with people and providing them with excellent customer service? Are you tech savvy? If so, our client in the insurance industry is seeking an identity provisioning system analyst to work a 6-month assignment in Markham. The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week at a rate of $20.43 per hour.

The main responsibilities are including but not being limited to the following:

• Create, modify and remove user system access ids as requested
• Ensure requests have appropriate approvals and access is granted accurately
• Investigate and resolve sanctioning issues and access problems
• Interpret and identify the customer’s needs and respond appropriately and professionally
• Document existing process in the cohesive and clear fashion
• Perform maintenance tasks in code review for systems automation

Qualifications
•Experience with PowerShell scripting for Active Directory and Exchange
•Good data entry and PC skills including Word, Excel, and Access
•Able to communicate effectively and efficiently with both a technical and non-technical (management) audience
•Excellent time management and organizational skills
•Beginner understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative)
