Randstad has partnered with a client in Etobicoke (Attwell/Dixon) in search of Inbound call centre agents!
Are you interested in working in a call center? Do you have at least 3 months customer service experience?
We are looking for candidates who are quick learners and are able to work in a fast paced environment. If you have previous call center or customer service/sales experience and a positive energy, this could be the role for you!

Job Duties:
- answering inbound calls
- Doing outbound calls (follow ups or call backs)
- answering general customer questions and inquiries regarding the campaign
- getting callers signed up to the company programs
- working in a professional and fast paced environment
- Warm sales/up selling

Pay Rate: $14 per hour

Hours of Operation:
- Monday to Friday | 7am to 11pm
- Saturday | 7 am to 11 pm
- Sunday | 7 pm to 11 pm
**This is a full time opportunity (37.5-40 hrs/week)

Location: Hwy 27 and Attwell Drive (Etobicoke)
