Responsibilities of an Industrial Electrician
- Maintain and install plant machinery to ensure equipment is up to electrical standards
- Trouble-shoot and diagnose any electrical faults
- Perform and schedule preventative maintenance
- Abide by all safety protocols and procedures
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings

- Salary: $30-40/hr (depending on experience)
- Shift: Rotating – Two weeks of days (7am-7pm) and two weeks nights (7pm-7am)

Qualifications
- Certified Electrician (309a or 442a) + OSSD
- 3-5 years of experience working in a manufacturing setting
- Thorough understand of CSA and electrical standards and PLC experience (mix of Allen Bradley, Siemen's and Omron)
- Strong problem solving, diagnostics, troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with machining equipment (e.g. lathe, welder, mills, drill presses – asset)
- Strong communication and Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel) skills
* Candidates may be required to complete an PLC aptitude test
