We’re looking for an experienced Informatica Big Data Administrator with a background in the banking and financial sector. If you have experience with Informatica ETL, Linux, scripting languages, basic knowledge of Hadoop you’d be a great fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure and maintain Informatica platforms across all environments (BDM/EDC/Axon/PowerCenter/TDM)
• Proactively monitor environment health and perform performance tuning activities
• Perform capacity planning and expansion activities working across Infrastructure and other Enterprise Services teams
• Perform maintenance with patching, backup/recovery, user provisioning, and automation of routine tasks, configure and maintain security policies.
• Integrate and troubleshoot Informatica BDM to Hadoop cluster
• Troubleshoot and debug any Informatica platform issues

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business or the equivalent experience demonstrated by progressive responsibilities

• 5+ years of Business and IT experience
• 5+ years of Technology Infrastructure experience with demonstrable results
• 5+ years of architectural oversight for large scale Enterprise Programs
• Proven ability to deliver projects, piloting new technology following an ‘agile’ methodology
• 3 years + experience administration of Informatica software and its components
• 3 years + experience writing Informatica ETL and BDM
• Knowledge of Linux administration
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Perl and Ansible
• Understanding of automation tools and how to use them
