We are pleased to offer you this new and exciting CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY for the following position:


Start: ASAP
Duration: 3+ months
Location: Halifax, NS

1. Minimum five (5) years experience in the role.
2. Minimum two (2) years working experience in developing IM policies, standards, and best practices.
3. Experience in conducting research, including survey development, and creating supporting documentation.
4. Experience developing information governance models and supporting tools.
5. Experience creating training materials for both in‐person sessions and on‐line content and video delivery.
6. Understanding of information asset registers/inventories, including their development and implementation.
7. Understanding of current and future IM trends.
8. Able to work with multiple business stakeholders and elicit business information needs.
9. Strong communication skills (oral and written).
10. Experience working as part of a project team with a structured delivery methodology and project lifecycle.
11. Demonstrated ability to work effectively individually, with minimal supervisions, with teams and remain flexible with shifting priorities.
12. Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

The following skills and knowledge are considered an asset:
13. Knowledge and understanding of Government of Nova Scotia’s IM‐related legislative and policy framework
