We are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Coordinator to join a growing team in the Guelph location. This position is a permanent opportunity.

In this role the responsibilities would include:
- Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner, handling customer queries and telephone reception as needed
- Order intake via online submission, email, and telephone
- Order processing including reviewing orders, making necessary changes and recommendations and inputting data as needed
- Working with the sales reps and warehouse staff for shipping and inventory control
- Administrative tasks including price lists, quotations, etc.
- Perform marketing and sales functions as needed

- Direct hire with the client
- Working for a reputable / growing company
- Core hours are Monday - Friday (7:30-4:30)
- On bus route
- Competitive salary
- Independently owned company

- Minimum two years admin experience working within an inside sales role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Positive Attitude
- Team player who can work independently
- Must have excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Must have good computer skills and be open to learning new software as required
