Inside Sales Consultant – Plumbing/ HVAC - $45-50K base plus bonus

Our client, a trendsetter in providing cutting edge, wholesale products in Plumbing & HVAC is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales to join their team. The ideal candidate will have an eye for interior design and be comfortable working with contractors, designers and the general public. This role is based out of the Kitchener location.

More specifically, primary responsibilities will include:
• The growth and development of client relationships specifically contractors & builders
• Analyze customer requirements and applications in order to recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Enter and update orders, source background information on orders, assist all walk-in customers, close new business!

• Permanent position with a reputable, selling premium products
• Competitive Salary: $45,000-50,000 plus bonus

• At least 2 years of professional work experience – previous experience in inside sales and customer service
• Basic knowledge of HVAC plumbing
• Proven organization and time management skills
• Strong relationship development skills as well as being able to managing customer expectations
• Proven results in successfully attains and exceeding organizational sales targets
• Ability to work in an autonomous environment with minimal guidance, defining own role, taking on responsibilities and managing priorities
• Ability to read architectural drawings considered an asset
