Our client, voted Canada's #1 employer, is hiring an Inside Sales Consultants to work a 9 month assignment in their Mississauga location! In this role you will work full time hours and earn a competitive rate of up to $31 per hour, and be responsible for speaking to small business owners to understand their needs and pain points in order to make a recommendation of our products that are a right fit for their business. This will include but not be limited to:

• Selling a limited set of products, primarily through outbound contacts.
• Establishing company credibility with the customer by addressing their current needs and cultivating follow-up and attach opportunities for specialists to work on.
• Building relationships within team to learn and share best practices.
• Exercising judgment within generally defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Describes desired or actual business results in measurable terms for all three stakeholders.
• Understanding information customer needs to make sound business decisions.
• Summarizing key features and benefits of a specific product line.

Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• 1 - 3 years of previous telephone sales experience
• Strong ability to manage a sales pipeline
• Ability to work in both an individual and team environment
• An understanding of the payroll industry is a large asset
• Driven attitude and always eager to learn
