Inside Sales Manager
Do you love management and leading a team? Are you passionate in your work and want to be a leader rather than a manager? Then we would love to chat with you! The successful candidate will come from 2-4 years of experience leading a team in sales or customer service.
If you are someone who likes to invest time into a team to develop the members then we would love to chat with you! This opportunity will allow you to build and grow a team within a new business space.

- Developing and growing employees within your department
- Providing a strong presence in sales and service for your team to incorporate
- Support the sales department with questions they might have and complete sales with larger accounts
- Use KPI information to help employees develop and as a guide in coaching and training in employees ability to reach goals
- Create a healthy workplace environment with an open door policy
- Grow the business and the Inside Sales Department

- 3 weeks’ vacation
- Easy access to the highway on the boarder of Oakville and Mississauga
- Annual salary of $60,000 plus ability to earn more in commission and bonuses
- Working for an organization that values input from employees

- Post-secondary education is required
- 2-4 years’ experience in managing a team
- Ability to inspire and lead a team of sales representatives
- Strong technical understanding of Excel and Microsoft suite products
- Ability to work well with others over the phone and in person
