Our client in the telecom industry is currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to work in their Mississauga office. The successful candidates will work full-time hours and be responsible for the following:

• Takes calls on an inbound phone queue and sells direct to the consumer
• Responds to customer inquiries. May direct customers to website or other company resources for information
• Works effectively in a team environment
• Outbound communication with the customer to modify information
• Typically assigned to a higher volume sales queue or specific segment
• Frequent contact with leader Increases product knowledge Increases usage of different mediums (chat, social media, co-sharing of desktop, etc.)
• Entry-level representative, learning segment and product/service offerings Regular coaching/mentoring required

• Gain experience working for a leading Telecommunications services organization
• Earn $17.82 per hour
• Mississauga location
• 12-month assignment with strong potential of extension

• Minimum 1-year of sales (IT) experience preferred but NOT required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with MS Office products and web-based applications
• Ability to learn quickly in a changing environment
• Proficiency in problem solving, decision making and multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent, and New Grads Welcome!
• A passion for customer service and sales
