We are looking for TWO highly motivated aspiring sales professionals for a permanent opportunity located in Downtown Toronto. The successful candidates will be responsible for conducting inside sales for a North American full service investor relations firm, creating connections between clients and brokers.

Qualified candidates do not need to have a sales background - we are interested in seeing candidates with retail, outbound call centre, or customer service experience that are looking to transition into sales. If you have an ambitious mentality and strong backbone, this is the role for you.

• hands-on, immersive 6 month training period before becoming a fully qualified Account Manager, perfect for new/aspiring sales professionals
• permanent opportunity at $45,000 annually

• hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

The qualified candidate will have:

• 1-2 years experience in either a retail, outbound call centre or customer service background
• a natural sense of motivation, confidence, and a strong backbone
• strong interpersonal skills
• metric and goal oriented
• 10/10 written and verbal communication skills, with French as a strong asset
• Ability to work and travel independently

The successful candidate will also need to have a valid drivers license and passport within the first 6 months of the role, as travel will be expected anywhere from 1 to 4 times a month following this training period. Account managers will not be responsible for booking their own travel, and all expenses will be covered by the company.
