Are you a Intermediate Controls/PLC Programmer with over five years of experience? Do you have a passion for programming automation and controls systems involving PLC's and various types of robots? This role is for you! We are looking for an experienced Senior Controls/PLC Programmer to join the team in the Waterloo Region!

As a Intermediate Controls/PLC Programmer, you will be responsible for:
-Designing and developing new controls systems
-Maintaining and modifying existing systems
-Troubleshooting and problem-solving machines and equipment
-Participate in machinery installation, repair and maintenance

As a qualified Intermediate Controls/PLC Programmer you meet the following requirements:
-Electrical/Controls engineering degree, diploma or equivalent industry experience.
-Minimum five years’ experience.
-Strong leadership abilities and communication skills.
-Must be able to read and write electrical diagrams, schematics
-Must have proven experience in PLC Programming with Allen Bradley and Omron as well as robotics.
