If so, this might the right opportunity for you. Our client is looking to hire an inventory/warehouse supervisor to join their team in Woodbridge.

- Responsible for supervising a team of 10 – 20 Shipper/Receivers and Order picker team members
- Accountable for coaching, scheduling and organizing warehouse team members for daily activities
- Creating shipping/inventory systems to optimize shipping efficiencies including determining routing and legal load limits and space requirements
- Coordinating the handling of materials received or shipped by the Company, including maintaining proper logs and inventories, determining cost-effective shipping methods, and verifying that complete orders have been shipped and received without damage

- 3-5 years of experience in shipping, stocking and warehousing of perishable goods
- Strong knowledge and experience with HACCP or BRC audits
- Ability to maintain quality, safety, and food safety control standards and inventory control
- Physical Ability – able to lift up to 50lbs throughout the day
- Leadership skills - able to coach, direct and motivate team members
