Contract Position: $17/hour

SHIFT: 7:30AM – 4:00PM

POSITION: Inventory Associate

Our Mississauga Client is looking for a Inventory associate to help their company. This is a Full Time contract position. If you have previous inventory experience and have worked in the Manufacturing sector this is the position for you.

Administrative Responsibilities:

- Create Purchase Orders
- Order Product
- Create Sales Order
- Create Invoices
- Track Inventory in system
- Prepare documents for shipping/receiving
- Check for discrepancies in the system
- Use Excel, Word, Email software

Warehouse Responsibilities:

- Load/Unload vehicle (50lb lifting)
- Physically verify items in stock
- Move items on pallets around warehouse
- Drive company truck (once/twice a week with supplies for client)
- Maintaining clean department

- Inventory Control experience
- 1+ Years experience in Manufacturing environment
- Material Handling Experience
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, databases)
- Excellent communication skills
- Clear driving record
- Able to work independently with no supervision
· Completion of Secondary School is required
· Accurate and detail oriented
· Organized and can work under pressure
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
· Experience with ERP systems is an asset
