We have an exciting entry-level opportunity to join a boutique global investment management company in Downtown Toronto. Our client is seeking a junior administrative professional to work support the Investment Management Team, assisting in all day-to-day operations of the team, from data entry to management support. This is a tight-knit team looking to hire a new candidate on a temporary basis, with the possibility for permanency for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will be a go-to team liaison, supporting all administrative and operational aspects of pooled fund trades, help facilitate daily and quarterly reports, and provide general administrative support to the greater office team as needed. The Successful candidate will have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, 1-2 years of related working or administrative experience, and be both detail oriented and results driven by nature.

Qualified Candidates will have:

• Completion of a post secondary degree, preferably in a similar industry, or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of working experience, ideally in a similar enviornment (Brokerage, Investment or Trust company)
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Deadline driven and oriented
• Strong numerical skills and an attention to detail

The ideal candidate will also have excellent written and verbal communications, and proven organizational and time management skills with a willingness to learn.
