Looking to increase our Development team significantly and with this, we require 2 x Scrum Master`s / Product Delivery to oversee eCommerce Application Development Product Delivery. You are the Scrum Master that oversee's some of the 8-10 Application Development Teams. Ensuring each team meets their objects and product delivery timelines.

** Manager notes:
The successful candidate will come with management responsibility of 10+ on each team and has managed teams within the AGILE FRAMEWORK for at least 4yrs+.

You are tech savvy enough to help drive delivery of multiple ongoing projects and offer solutioning when a tech problem arise. Know how to deal with issues, get it resolved and move on, don`t get stuck in the weeds. SAP is a nice to have but not a must.

• Excellent communication skills - verbal, oral & presentation
• Excellent manager / leader - people love to work with you !
• Energetic - go getter mentality
• Need a driver, someone who roles up their sleeves to effectively run application development releases on time within an ever changing time competing environment.
• Must be able to switch gears and move to and from a few ongoing projects effectively.
• Able to make decisions on the fly.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Manage a team and Run daily / weekly scrum meetings
- Work with Development teams - back end, middle tier, and front end
- Oversee monthly releases
- Responsible for your teams budget
- Bug fixes
- Mini launches
- Vendor management
- Work with Atlassian suite of products, such as Jira
