Job Requirements:

- 2 years of experience within the last 5 years providing on-site support in a Windows 7 or higher environment
- 2 years of experience within the last 5 years providing on-site support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Office Suite (2007/2010/2013)
- 2 years of experience within the last 5 years providing on-site support and troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook 2010 (or later version) in a Microsoft Exchange 2010 (or later) environment.
- 2 years of experience within the last 5 years providing on-site support in a Microsoft Active Directory environment
- 2 years of experience within the last 5 years working as a Help Desk Specialist using ITSM tools
- 2 years of experience within the last 5 years working with network concepts/protocols (10/100 Base-T/TX Ethernet, TCP/IP).
- Relevant IT related diploma, degree or certifications
- Relevant educational lab experience likely applicable
- Strong communication skills in the English language. Bilingual is always an asset.
